This Spinach Ravioli Bake is the ultimate comfort food with minimal effort. Tender ravioli, creamy spinach, and plenty of melted cheese come together for a hearty, oven-baked dish that’s perfect for weeknights. It’s the kind of recipe that feels fancy but takes just minutes to prep, so you can spend less time cooking and more time enjoying your family.
2packagesravioli (frozen or refrigerated)(about 30oz)
2jarspasta sauce(24 oz jars)
16ozshredded mozzarella cheese
8ozbaby spinach
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉ and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with baking spray.
Layer about ⅓ of the marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Then place the frozen ravioli down in one layer. Cover that layer with another ⅓ of the pasta sauce, half the spinach, then cover with ½ the mozzarella cheese. Then repeat the process.
Making sure the mozzarella cheese is the last layer, cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 40 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes or so for the top to get lightly browned and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let sit a few minutes then serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a golden brown top: Turn the broiler on for the last 1-2 minutes of baking to get a perfectly brown and bubbly to on your ravioli lasagna.Storage and Reheating Tips: Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator. When you are ready to reheat, place in a microwavable bowl and heat in 30 second increments until hot throughout. I like to add a bit of additional pasta sauce any time I reheat a pasta dish to keep it from drying out in the microwave.
