16ozshredded mozzarella cheesefrom 2 packages or shred your own
½cupgrated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400℉ and spray a 9x13 casserole dish with baking spray.
Layer about ⅓ of the marinara sauce on the bottom of your baking dish. Then place the frozen ravioli down in one layer. Cover that layer with another ⅓ of the pasta sauce, then cover the sauce with ½ the mozzarella cheese. Then repeat the process one more time.
After the final layer of mozzarella, sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the entire lazy lasagna, cover with tin foil and bake for about 40 minutes, removing the foil for the last 10 minutes or so.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
Notes
To make in the slow cooker: Follow the same directions as if you were baking it in a 9x13 baking dish, just do the layering in the crockpot. Then set it on low for 4-5 hours and enjoy! To get a nice brown topping: Turn the broiler on for the last 1-2 minutes of baking to get a perfectly brown and bubbly to on your ravioli lasagna. Watch it close though, because as you can see from some of the photos, if you forget about it, it can char quickly😏.
