Super Simple Corn Ribs

Need a fun and tasty side dish that’s quick and easy to make? Check out these Corn Ribs! These little delights are sweet, savory, and oh-so-addictive.

Corn on the cob Unsalted Butter Kosher Salt

Ingredients

Cut the corn on the cob into ribs and then rub the ribs with butter.

Step 1

Next, sprinkle with salt or the spice mix of your choosing until fully coated.

Step 2

Put the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are curled up and browned a bit. Then serve and enjoy!

Step 3

While corn ribs are best eaten right after cooking, you can store any leftovers wrapped in foil in the fridge.  When you are ready to reheat them, simply pop into a toaster oven for a few minutes to reheat.
