Ingredients

can coconut milk
full fat please
½
cup
almond milk
½
cup
limeade concentrate
in can from freezer section
¼
cup
blueberries
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
raspberries
fresh or frozen
Instructions
Defrost one can of lime juice concentrate
Shake can of coconut milk really well
Open and pour coconut milk into a 1 quart mason jar or other similar sized container
Add ½ cup almond milk
Add ½ cup limeade concentrate, put on lid and shake well (alternatively, put in high speed blender and blend for 20-30 seconds)
Add a few red berries of your choosing to the bottom of the popsicle mold
Pour the coconut lime mixture into popsicle molds and put in freezer for about 20 minutes.
Add the blueberries to the popsicle molds
Insert popsicle stick and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight till solid
Take out of freezer and let stand about 5 minutes before removing from the molds
