Ingredients

can of chickpeas
garbanzo beans

tahini

of garlic minced
or one frozen garlic cube, or roasted garlic to taste
juice of ½ lemon

teaspoon

Instructions
add all ingredients into a high speed blender (i love my
vitamix

)
blend until smooth and creamy (adding water one teaspoon at a time if needed)
serve and enjoy!

i would go ahead and make a double batch, you'll thank me later!
this homemade hummus stays good in the fridge in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
