Want a breakfast that’s both delicious and so quick to make? Our Hawaiian Roll French Toast Casserole is just what you need! This recipe turns soft, sweet Hawaiian rolls into a mouthwatering French toast casserole. Simply tear the rolls into pieces, soak them in a creamy, vanilla spiced egg mixture, and bake until golden brown. It’s perfect for weekend brunches or holiday mornings!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare a 8x11 glass dish by spraying well with baking spray.
Tear the Hawaiian rolls into pieces and place into prepared baking dish.
Whisk remaining ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined. Then pour over the Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish being sure to cover all the pieces with the custard mixture.
Make the streusel by mixing the ingredients together with a fork (or fingers) until well combined. Sprinkle streusel over souffle and bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
When the top is browning and the center is set you'll know the dish is ready to take out. There will still be a little “jiggle” when it’s done, but the center should not be liquidy.
