Spinach Artichoke Baked Pasta

Ingredients

Heat a large pan, then add the artichokes to the pan, then the spinach and Italian seasoning. Then let cook until the spinach wilts down.

Step 1

Add ¾ cups of the pasta water to the saucepan with the cream cheese and stir to melt it together. Then add the Parmesan stirring until it has melted into a silky sauce.

Step 2

Add the drained pasta and stir until all ingredients are well combined. Then transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and top with the shredded mozzarella cheese.

Step 3

Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese on top is melty. Pop it under the broiler for the last minute to get the cheese golden brown.

Step 4

Remember that the pasta water is your friend in this pasta bake. You'll want to use that starchy water to make the cheese sauce thick and creamy.
