Simple Pina Colada Smoothie

A pina colada smoothie can take your mornings from drab to fab.  A dreary morning can turn into memories of the beach with this healthy, simple smoothie with Greek yogurt that you can make in just minutes.

Frozen Pineapple Chunks Frozen Banana Flaked Coconut Greek Yogurt Coconut Milk Milk


Place all the ingredients into the blender container, with the sweetened flaked coconut on the bottom.

Step 1

Blend until you reach desired consistency.

Step 2

Pour into a glass of your choice and add any additional fruit if you'd like.

Step 3

Pina colada smoothies freeze great.  Simply pour the unused portion of smoothie into a glass jar seal and freeze. When you are ready to drink them, either microwave or leave on counter to thaw.
