Edible Sugar Cookie Dough

Eat cookie dough guilt free with edible cookie dough. One simple step to make the raw dough safe again!

Butter | Sugar Vanilla | Flour Milk | Sprinkles

Ingredients

Spread the flour over a parchment lined cookie sheet in a thin layer. Bake for 5-7 minutes until the flour reaches at least 160 degrees.

Step 1

In a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in the vanilla and mix well.

Step 2

Add in the flour and salt and mix until well combined.

Step 3

Stream in the milk and mix until the dough comes together. Add in your mix-ins by folding them in with a spatula at the end.

Step 4

Be sure to cool the heat treated flour to room temp before using.  You can easily heat treat the flour in bulk and store in an airtight container for up to a month before using.
