Triple Berry Smoothie

A great smoothie for the winter that uses a frozen berry mix with other simple ingredients to make a great breakfast or snack. Healthy, refreshing and so simple.

Frozen Triple Berry Mix Frozen Banana Greek Yogurt Milk

Ingredients

Place all of the ingredients in a blender.

Step 1

Blend everything together until smooth. If the smoothie is thick, add more milk.

Step 2

Pour the blended smoothie into a glass of your choice and enjoy!

Step 3

This recipe is easy to double so that you have plenty leftover to freeze for easy breakfasts or snacks on busy days.  Simple pour the triple berry smoothie into a freezer safe jar, seal and store.
