Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Apple cinnamon overnight oats are made by simply mixing together oats, milk, yogurt, applesauce, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness, then letting it chill overnight.

Old Fashioned Oats Milk | Apple Sauce Greek Yogurt Cinnamon Brown Sugar

Ingredients

Add the oats into a clean 8 oz wide mouth mason jar. Pour the milk over the oats, then add in the Greek yogurt, the applesauce, cinnamon, and brown sugar.

Step 1

Cover and seal the jar and put into fridge for at least 12 hours. When you are ready to enjoy, be sure to give everything a good stir to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 2

If you like your overnight oats a little bit creamier, add a bit more liquid.  If you like them to have a bit of a bite, add a bit less.
