Apple cinnamon overnight oats are made by simply mixing together oats, milk, yogurt, applesauce, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a touch of sweetness, then letting it chill overnight.
Add the oats into a clean 8 oz wide mouth mason jar. Pour the milk over the oats, then add in the Greek yogurt, the applesauce, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Cover and seal the jar and put into fridge for at least 12 hours. When you are ready to enjoy, be sure to give everything a good stir to make sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
