My kids love peas. I know, I know, you think I say this a lot. You are right, they do like a variety of fruits and veggies, but they definitely have their aversions too.

Ingredients

bag frozen peas
1
Tablespoon
olive oil
¼
cup
water
1
teaspoon
sea salt
or salt of your choosing
Instructions
In a medium saute pan over medium heat add olive oil and frozen peas to the pan
Cook until heated through
Once cooked (5-7 minutes), add salt
Turn off heat and let cool about 5 minutes
Transfer to high speed blender (I love my
Vitamix
and
here's why
) and add the ¼ cup of water to blender container.
Blend to desired texture (I like to blend this puree till quite smooth).
