A great smoothie for the summer that uses a frozen berry mix with other simple ingredients to make a great breakfast or snack. Healthy, refreshing and so simple.
Place all the ingredients into the blender container.
Blend until you reach desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little extra milk or yogurt.
Pour and enjoy!

This recipe is easy to double so that you have plenty leftover to freeze for easy breakfasts or snacks on busy days. Simple pour the triple berry smoothie into a freezer safe jar, seal and store. When you are ready to use it, pop it into the microwave for about 1 minute, give a good stir, the serve.
