toasted sesame oil

sesame seeds

Instructions
in a large pot bring water to boil
in a large mixing bowl mix soy vey, sesame oil and sugar together
once water is boiling, salt the water and add the pasta, cooking according to package directions
when pasta is cooked, drain and add to the sauce mixture
toss thoroughly to coat, cover and refrigerate for at least a few hours
garnish with sesame seeds just before serving if desired
Notes
this is a great make ahead dish. can make up to 3 days in advance.
