Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz sliced peaches frozen or fresh
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • spread the peach slices in one layer on the baking sheet
  • sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the peach slices
  • roast at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to caramelize
  • take out of oven and let cool a few minutes
  • puree to desired consistency in high speed blender (I use my Vitamix)

Notes

you can use this puree immediately, store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
