3frozen garlic cubes or 3 tablespoons minced garlic
½teaspoonkosher salt
Instructions
Melt 2 TB of butter in the pan with the garlic over medium heat. Let cook until fragrant but not browning (about 1 minute)
Add remaining butter and the salt to the pan and whisk while cooking over medium low heat until the butter is completely melted.
Take off heat and use immediately.
Notes
Adjust the salt level to your tasted. The right amount of salt is what you like in your dish.Using frozen garlic cubes will give you the best flavor throughout the garlic sauce, however fresh garlic works great too, just make sure it's minced well. Jarred garlic will work as well if that's all you have on hand.
