cinnamon
Instructions
preheat oven to 425 degrees
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
spread the peach slices in one layer on the baking sheet
sprinkle cinnamon evenly over the peach slices
roast at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to caramelize
take out of oven and let cool a few minutes
puree to desired consistency in high speed blender (I use my
Vitamix
)
Notes
you can use this puree immediately, store in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
