Simple Vegetable Lo Mein

Sometimes you feel like ordering in Chinese food, but don’t want to spend the money.  Or maybe you feel like it’s not a healthy option. This recipe for simple vegetable lo mein, is not only delicious and so simple to make, but chock full of good for you veggies and easy on the wallet too!

Lo Mein Noodles Cube Garlic Cube Ginger Frozen Edamame Frozen Broccoli Shredded Carrots Water Chestnuts Shredded Cabbage Soy Sauce Sesame Oil

Ingredients

Combine all of the sauce ingredients in a jar. Shake vigorously to mix together.

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat up olive oil, garlic and ginger cubes. Then add in the vegetables and heat up.

Step 2

Mix in your cooked noodles and sauce. Toss everything together over low heat, then serve and enjoy!
