Vanilla Almond Granola Recipe

Packed with crunchy almonds, sweetened with a hint of vanilla, and perfectly toasted, it's great for breakfast or as a snack on the go.

Old Fashioned Oats Sliced Almonds Cinnamon | Vanilla Honey | Brown Sugar

Ingredients

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Step 1

In a glass measuring cup, put the honey, brown sugar, oil, and vanilla. Microwave and whisk together, then pour over the dry ingredients and stir to mix.

Step 2

Spread out the mixture evenly between the two prepared baking sheets and put into the oven at 300 degrees. After 20 minutes, mix the granola with a spatula.

Step 3

After another 10 minutes, give it a stir again. 10 minutes later, the granola should be done. Take out of the oven and let cool on the baking sheet completely.

Step 4

This granola lasts a long time in an air tight container on the counter.  If it doesn't get eaten, we've had it up to 3 weeks and it's still crunchy and delicious.
