Simple Garlic Butter Sauce

This garlic butter sauce is a flavor bomb you didn’t know you needed in your kitchen. It super simple to make and is a great way to level up the flavors in so many great dishes.

Garlic Butter Kosher Salt


Melt 2 TB of butter in the pan with the garlic over medium heat. Let cook until fragrant but not browning.

Step 1

Add remaining butter and the salt to the pan and whisk while cooking over medium low heat until the butter is completely melted.

Step 2

Take off heat, use immediately, and enjoy!

Step 3

Using frozen garlic cubes will give you the best flavor throughout the garlic sauce, however fresh garlic works great too, just make sure it's minced well. Jarred garlic will work as well if that's all you have on hand.
