Everything Bagel Roasted Veggie Bowl

This roasted veggie bowl with a fried egg is one of my favorite ways to use the everything bagel seasoning and it’s a simple method to make a great healthy meal that's guaranteed to be on repeat in your kitchen!

Broccoli Cauliflower Sweet Potato Everything Bagel Seasoning

Ingredients

Wash and chop the sweet potato, then put it onto the prepared baking sheet.  Drizzle it with olive oil and bake until softened.

Step 1

Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower. Add to the baking sheet with the sweet potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and add the seasoning.

Step 2

Return the baking sheet to the oven until the veggies are the desired crispiness, then remove and set aside.

Step 3

In a medium saucepan, add in olive oil over medium heat. Then add in the eggs, sprinkle on more seasoning, and cook to your desired style.

Step 4

In a bowl, add in your roasted veggies, then top with your cooked egg. Top with more seasoning, serve, and enjoy!
