Onions Unsalted Butter Farfalle Pasta Zucchini Carrots Sugar Snap Peas Frozen Peas Minced Garlic Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients

Heat a large saute pan over medium heat and add in the butter and onions. Saute until the onions are just translucent, then add in the garlic and cook.

Step 1

Add in the pasta, water, and salt stir well to incorporate and bring to a low boil.

Step 2

After the pasta has cooked for a little bit, start adding the veggies in, one group at a time.

Step 3

Once the pasta is cooked and veggies are tender, add in the remaining ingredients and stir them all together

Step 4

If you find that the pasta isn't all the cooked, but the water is gone, add boiling water about ½ cup at a time.  If you have a little extra water when the pasta is cooked through, don't drain it.  It will just make for a creamier sauce.
