Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

If you are anything like me, you sometimes need a little, sweet, pick me up. These simple chocolate chip energy bites save the day!  Mix them up in about 10 minutes, pop them in the fridge and they will be waiting for you next time you need a little treat

Rolled Oats Peanut Butter Honey Vanilla Cinnamon


Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and combine together. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes.

Step 1

Once the mixture is chilled, roll it into golfball sized balls. Refrigerate for another hour and then enjoy!

Step 2

If you find the mixture isn’t sticky enough, add a teaspoon of water at a time until everything sticks well!
